Windows: unzip and run AshesOfGrace.exe. SmartScreen may
warn about an unknown publisher — click "More info" → "Run anyway".
macOS: unzip, then in Terminal run
xattr -cr AshesOfGrace.app before double-clicking.
Linux: unzip, chmod +x AshesOfGrace.x86_64, run it.
