You don't fight. You lead. As a non-combatant commander, you control your party through formations, positioning, and tactical decisions — not button-mashing. Your adventurers are AI-driven NPCs with their own personalities, growth arcs, and relationships that deepen across runs.

Windows: unzip and run AshesOfGrace.exe. SmartScreen may warn about an unknown publisher — click "More info" → "Run anyway".
macOS: unzip, then in Terminal (in the folder with AshesOfGrace.app) run xattr -cr AshesOfGrace.app before double-clicking. This clears the quarantine flag so Gatekeeper lets the unsigned build run.
Linux: unzip, chmod +x AshesOfGrace.x86_64, run it.
No installer, no telemetry.

What works right now

Role-based companion combat prototype (Phases A–F)
Floor generation with interconnected rooms and enemy archetypes
5-class system with skill slots and ability charges
Commander movement, party formations, dodge tempo
Combat HUD, minimap, run-end screen

This is an early prototype. Expect rough edges, placeholder art, and the occasional crash. Feedback welcome.
